What kids can do
- You do not have to answer.
- Use a safe reply.
- Do not send pictures or money.
- Press help if you feel stuck.
What parents can do
- Ask what happened calmly.
- Do not demand the full chat at once.
- Look for category and severity, not blame.
- Help the child stop contact safely.
When to get help
Get help immediately if there are threats, blackmail, private image pressure, money demands or offline meeting pressure.
