About Sprout Guard

Children should be able to join digital communities and learn to look after themselves and others. We want to make it easier to ask questions, protect private information, say no and find an adult when help is needed.

Each of the ten free apps has a separate purpose across messages, photos, learning and digital agreements. Families choose what they need. The apps are being developed as web tests; product pages and Status explain current access and limitations.

We visit schools and educational institutions with talks and teaching on digital literacy. Topics and activities are adapted to the audience. Use our guides and articles before and after a visit or to start your own discussion.

Our approach uses conversations, shared agreements and practical choices. Technical settings can support this work but cannot prevent every problem. Children should be able to get help after a mistake or an agreement they did not follow too.
